Our menu will constantly change and evolve, inspired by the seasons and new discoveries of the best local produce. Some toppings deserve a permanent spot, so you'll always find the classic Margherita with mozzarella from Green's of Glastonbury and something meaty, but the others will come and go. The day's pizzas will be written on the blackboard, but here's what you might find along with a few photos:

marinara (vg) - tomato, garlic, oregano, basil, olive oil

meat & heat - tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, house hot honey

sausagefest - tomato, house sausage, red onion, garlic breadcrumbs, Parmigiano

vegan sausagefest (vg) - tomato, house vegan sausage, red onion, garlic breadcrumbs

'chovies - tomato, anchovies, capers, lacto-fermented peppers

kale (vg) - tomato, kale, chilli herb jam, garlic, lacto-fermented peppers

burrata - mixed mushrooms, garlic & herb oil, stracciatella cheese

umami bomb (v) - mozzarella, smoked potatoes, black garlic vinegarette, aioli
