Our menu will constantly change and evolve, inspired by the seasons and new discoveries of the best local produce. Some toppings deserve a permanent spot, so you'll always find the classic Margherita with mozzarella from Green's of Glastonbury and something meaty, but the others will come and go. The day's pizzas will be written on the blackboard, but here's what you might find along with a few photos:

margherita - tomato, mozzarella, basil, olive oil

meat & heat - tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, house hot honey

take a leek - mozzarella, charred leeks, capers and brown butter

nettles?! - mozzarella, cheddar, creamed nettles, chilli

Beets (by mum) - mozzarella, kiln roast salmon, beets, goats cheese and pine nuts

fennel fest - mozzarella, braised fennel, house sausage, anisette cream
